Tuna Pesto

This recipe is an improvised menu. I used canned tuna and Prepacked pesto for easy cooking.

Ingredients:
Tuna (canned Tuna; strained; sauce and oil removed)
Pasta (spaghetti pasta)
Pesto Sauce (factory packed)
Oil (1tsp)
Butter; unsalted (1tbsp)
Garlic (minced)
Onions (minced)
Salt and Pepper to taste
Parmesan Cheese (Ground)
Procedure:
Cook the Pasta until Al Dente. Once done, strain and set aside.
In a medium size pot, add 1 tsp of oil and 1 tbsp of unsalted butter. (do not burn the butter.) Sauté onions and garlic till tender.
Add the tuna, (do not add the sauce the oil of the tuna from the can) to have a little crisp.
Add the Pesto Sauce.
Add salt and Pepper to your desired taste.
Simmer for 5 minutes while mixing.
Toss in the Spaghetti Pasta.
Sprinkle at least 2 tbsp of ground Parmesan Cheese
Serve hot and sprinkle a dash of Ground Parmesan cheese on top.
