This recipe is my own version of Alfredo.
Ingredients:
Chicken Breast (Cooked, stripped)
Sausage/Hotdogs (Julienned; fried)
Fettuccine Pasta
Mushroom (sliced)
Liquid Cream (KDD; brand in Kuwait)
Thick Cream (KDD; brand in Kuwait)
Cheese; Grated – 1 block (Eden)
Butter 2tbsp; Unsalted
Onions (minced)
Garlic (minced)
Bell Pepper (green; diced)
Oil (1 tsp + 2tbsp)
Salt and Pepper
Procedure:
Cook the Pasta until Al Dente. Once done, drain and set aside.
In a small pan, fry the sausages to get the crisp on sides. Once done, take the sausages out of the pan and set aside.
Add 1 tsp of oil and 2 tbsp of unsalted butter. (do not burn the butter.) Sauté onions and garlic till tender then add the Bell Pepper and Mushrooms.
Toss in the Chicken strips and the Hotdogs; Add salt and Pepper to your desired taste.
Continue mixing.
Pour in the Liquid Cream and the Thick cream;
Simmer for 5 minutes while mixing.
Add in the grated cheddar cheese and continue mixing.
Toss in the Fettuccine Pasta.
Serve hot and enjoy!
