Creamy Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo

This recipe is my own version of Alfredo.



Ingredients:

  • Chicken Breast (Cooked, stripped)

  • Sausage/Hotdogs (Julienned; fried)

  • Fettuccine Pasta

  • Mushroom (sliced)

  • Liquid Cream (KDD; brand in Kuwait)

  • Thick Cream (KDD; brand in Kuwait)

  • Cheese; Grated – 1 block (Eden)

  • Butter 2tbsp; Unsalted

  • Onions (minced)

  • Garlic (minced)

  • Bell Pepper (green; diced)

  • Oil (1 tsp + 2tbsp)

  • Salt and Pepper


Procedure:

  1. Cook the Pasta until Al Dente. Once done, drain and set aside.

  2. In a small pan, fry the sausages to get the crisp on sides. Once done, take the sausages out of the pan and set aside.

  3. Add 1 tsp of oil and 2 tbsp of unsalted butter. (do not burn the butter.) Sauté onions and garlic till tender then add the Bell Pepper and Mushrooms.

  4. Toss in the Chicken strips and the Hotdogs; Add salt and Pepper to your desired taste.

  5. Continue mixing.

  6. Pour in the Liquid Cream and the Thick cream;

  7. Simmer for 5 minutes while mixing.

  8. Add in the grated cheddar cheese and continue mixing.

  9. Toss in the Fettuccine Pasta.

Serve hot and enjoy!
